It prefers well drained soils and a temperate climate. Its white and yellow flowers are harvested in summer to extract the essential oil.
The essential oil of Camomille Romaine is known for its calming and relaxing properties. It helps to reduce stress, anxiety and promotes repairing sleep. Ideal for calming nerve tensions, it is also beneficial in case of emotional shock or preparation for surgery.

Use 1-2 drops on a neutral tablet or a spoonful of honey twice a day. Can also be used for diffusion or skin application, diluted in vegetable oil. Do not exceed 0.2 ml per day.
Do not use in children under 6 years of age, pregnant or nursing women. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. In case of contact, rinse with vegetable oil. Keep out of the reach of children.
