Mint nahnah or sweet mint is a perennial herbaceous plant of around 60 cm which has its origin in the southeast European and Western Asia.It is found in the wild in wetlands, sunny with semi-shaded.Mint Nahnah has lanceolate dark green leaves.Its edges are in a sawtooth.White or pink, its flowers form a cylindrical short epis.In Mediterranean cuisine, Nahnah mint is commonly used in salads, gazpachos, vegetable tartares and cold soups.It is also used to flavor cakes, savory pies, as well as flans.In addition, its delicate perfume and its flavor make it possible to delicately note the taste of peas, tomatoes and zucchini.
