Bardane

Bardane, also known as "large bardane" or "common bardane", is a perennial herbaceous plant that grows in fields and uncultivated areas in many parts of the world.

It is recognizable by its large lobed leaves and its hairy stems which can reach up to 2 meters in height.Bardane also has thick and deep roots which allow it to resist drought and competition from other plants.Although burdock is often considered a harmful bad grass, it has multiple uses of which are culinary.
